Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
  • Forklift and powered industrial truck operation experience
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks both inside and outside using pallet jacks, powered industrial trucks, and a small overhead jib crane to relocate parts for client shipment.
  • Accurately locate and pull parts of various sizes and materials to fill production and service orders, supporting shop staging and assisting team members with loading/unloading trucks.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts, stock checks, and daily checklist activities to maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control.
  • Assist the Senior Material Handler by maintaining organization, attention to detail, and ensuring smooth material flow within the warehouse environment.
  • Maintain good communication with team members and demonstrate a safety-minded approach, adhering to all safety protocols and training.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and data entry functions associated with receiving and material handling procedures.
