About The Position

As a team member, the Frozen Warehouse Team Member controls the receipt, storage, and out-loading of finished produced goods in the facility. They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times. Requirements

Minimum 1 year warehouse experience required with prior stand-up forklift experience.
Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to work in a cold environment.
Must be able to ensure proper product rotation and understand and perform lot and computer control.
Must be able to work as a TEAM.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Must be able to multi-task and have strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities

Prepare and ship orders for pick up or delivery according to schedule and order instructions.
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).
Perform inventory transactions accurately and keep quality standards high for audits.
Report any discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Communicate and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors.
Follow and comply with procedures, rules and policies.
Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.
Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.
