About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC), Team Member/Delivery Drivers help create joy for guests in every way, from the front of the house to the heart of the house. Team Members learn to frost cakes in four sizes and a variety of flavors, help guests choose cakes for celebrations, and contribute to a welcoming, joyful community environment. The role also provides opportunities to develop time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. As a Delivery Driver, the team member loads, transports, and delivers cakes safely and on time while providing friendly service. They verify orders before and after delivery, protect product quality, follow assigned routes and schedules, comply with transportation laws, and keep the vehicle clean and organized. Team members also follow health and safety guidelines, company policies, dress code and hygiene standards, and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Work availability must include flexibility for various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business demands.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license required.
Clean driving record with no moving violations.
High energy and strong interpersonal skills; friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident, and communicative.
Diligent, organized, and self-motivated.
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Skilled and confident driver.
Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle.
Alert, focused, and detail-oriented, with a good sense of direction.
Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.
Flexible availability for various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business demands.

Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
