About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC), our Team Member/Delivery Drivers learn how to create joy for our guests in every way, from the front of the house to the heart of the house! As a Team Member, you will learn to frost our delicious cakes, available in four sizes and tons of exciting flavors, making every moment for our guests extra sweet. You will have the opportunity to flex and grow your time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. You will play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You will make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. As a Delivery Driver, you will load, transport, and deliver cakes in a safe, timely manner with a friendly attitude. You will review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete. You will protect the quality of the NbC product. You will adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules. You will abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. You will keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy. You will comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene. You will maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Requirements

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license required.
Clean driving record with no moving violations.
Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative.
Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated.
Has the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Skilled and confident driver.
Comfortable maneuvering and parking a vehicle.
Alert, focused, and detail-oriented with an innate sense of direction.
Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
