About The Position

The Team Member Count Room role is responsible for maintaining strict compliance with Gaming Regulations and managing an efficient drop and count process for slot bill acceptors and NRTs. The position verifies daily count accuracy, prepares detailed shift reports, reports irregularities to management, and ensures count room equipment is properly maintained. It also recommends workflow improvements to support efficiency and security, while fostering teamwork, maintaining morale, and communicating expectations clearly.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge.
• Able to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Strong proficiency in math and numerical accuracy.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot currency counting equipment and computers.
