We are looking for a hands-on and driven Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager to lead 1st shift operations at our filtration manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Atmus’s core values of Build Trust, Be Inclusive, Have Courage, and Show Caring. The Team Manager will be responsible for leading shift team members, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
