Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Full work availability – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
1+ years’ restaurant management experience
Exposure to financial accountability
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Satisfy a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to stand up to 12 hours
Ability to move about the restaurant to access various areas
Ability to handle or feel objects, operate machinery, and use a computer
Ability to ascend/descend a step ladder
Ability to position self to maintain cleanliness and retrieve product
Ability to frequently communicate with employees or guests
Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems
Ability to frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in low temperatures (walk-in freezer/cooler) and high heat (ovens)
