Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Full work availability – days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• 1+ years’ restaurant management experience
• Exposure to financial accountability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Satisfy a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Delight guests
• Contribute to moving the business forward
• Actively engage in philanthropic endeavors to move communities forward
• Stand and move about the restaurant, accessing areas such as the dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area
• Operate a register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer
• Ascend and descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including under tables and prep areas
• Retrieve product
• Communicate frequently with fellow employees and guests, exchanging accurate information
• Read monitors, menus, and learning systems to perform job duties
• Move product, dishes, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
