The Team Manager provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for US Army G2’s Intelligence Division (AMIS-IN), Security Division (AMIS-SE), and the Special Projects Office (SPO) (AMIS-SEP). Responsibilities include comprehensive lifecycle management of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS) JWICS portfolio, encompassing both headquarters and enterprise-level records, and managing logistics support analysis for military systems. The role serves as the single point of accountability for the contract, responsible for the overall success of the program, and acts as the primary liaison to the government, providing technical/management leadership for all PWS requirements. This includes program oversight, strategic planning, resource management, financial and risk management, support for capture and proposal activities, handling administrative functions, liaising with the government for priorities and training, providing high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, manpower assessments, risk management, and ensuring adequate manning and training for contract staff. The position also involves providing weekly high-level status briefings and quarterly in-depth status briefings, managing and coordinating all contract/program activities, interfacing with Government personnel, formulating and reviewing project feasibility studies, determining costs, ensuring compliance with work standards, interpreting policies, and utilizing company resources to achieve program objectives.
