This role involves reviewing patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing care to ensure eligibility, appropriateness, and responsiveness to patient/family needs. The Team Manager also manages the team schedule for 24/7 coverage, facilitates team meetings, and participates in on-call rotations. Additionally, the position involves staff supervision and management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, customer service, cost containment, and professional development.
