In this position, you will monitor and confirm that manufacturing operating system standards are being applied and adhered to throughout the area. You will confirm standards are in place, facilitate the Results Process through utilization of standard processes and tools, and develop, coach, and support to achieve SQDCPME objectives. You will coach, teach, and provide feedback on the resolution of abnormalities, and validate closure of concerns (facilitating permanent corrective actions). You will drive continuous improvement on systemic abnormalities to prevent reoccurrence, and provide necessary resources to maintain production flow and confirm critical inputs are being performed to the acceptable standard(s). You will plan maintenance tasks, monitor completion and effectiveness, and drive improvement and/or coaching opportunities. You will adhere to and modify Time & Data Management to promote, support, and coach a continuous improvement mindset and activities in the team. You will plan FTPM activities to improve area performance and drive the creation and coordination of work plans (downtime, shutdown, manage the change), and ensure the team is executing. You will evaluate the effectiveness of work plans, and plan and implement revisions and improvements to meet the new standards as the manufacturing operating systems mature. You will enable a culture of learning through demonstration of effective communication skills, and respect and encourage respect of all team members by your actions. You will mentor, nurture, and develop teams to own working together, modeling the Ford values and expected behaviors. You will develop and provide feedback for the Process Coach professional development. You will create a Zero Tolerance environment and reaffirm team members respect each other.
