Requirements

Strong program and guideline knowledge to be able to find a solution for tough loans.
Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on qualifying and pre-approval procedures.
Proven track record of maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively.
Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.

Nice To Haves

Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish preferred but not required, enhancing client interactions and support.

Responsibilities

Support the front-end mortgage pre-approval process by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
Coordinate with clients to provide updates and answer inquiries, fostering a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Provide an exceptional client experience from initial call to closing.
Prepare and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to keep the team on track and informed.
Gather initial documentation and fully pre-qualify a borrower, finding a solution and path for each borrower.
Pricing and locking loans.
