This position supervises all store personnel during assigned shifts to ensure operational standards are met. The Team Leader is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, developing, training, coaching, and supporting team members for career growth. This role requires compliance with agency policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety and security policies. The Team Leader must adhere to task outlines, greet and assist donors/customers, create a high customer service standard, resolve complaints, and maintain proficiency in all workstations. Additionally, the role involves monitoring store appearance, performing all functions of store personnel, supporting company record-keeping, attending meetings and training, and being available for transfers to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores as needed. Other duties may be assigned by management.
