This position involves supervising store personnel during assigned shifts to ensure operational standards are met. The Team Leader is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, developing and training team members, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and standard operating procedures. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, maintaining store appearance, and accurately managing company records. The Team Leader may be required to transfer to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores and perform other duties as assigned by management.
