This position involves supervising store personnel during assigned shifts to ensure operational standards are met. The Team Leader is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, developing, training, coaching, and supporting team members for career growth. The role requires compliance with agency policies, standard operating procedures, and safety/security protocols. The Team Leader must also adhere to task outlines, provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, maintain store appearance, and accurately manage company records and reports. The position may require transfers to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores and other duties as assigned by management.
