About The Position

Holiday Inn Express in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Catering Team Leader to oversee a high-quality breakfast buffet service. This role involves leading and directing the onsite catering team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction. Eurest, a complete workplace food and catering partner, is looking for someone to manage orders, deliveries, stock rotation, and cleanliness, while building positive relationships with clients and customers. The position offers an early start with afternoons off, collaboration with a qualified chef, and a lively, fun, and supportive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality or catering environment
• Availability to work 5 mornings per week with a flexible, can-do approach
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
• High energy, excellent presentation, solid work ethic, and confidence using MS Office at an intermediate level
