The Team Leader acts as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high. This role requires a hospitality-driven and guest-centered approach, with a focus on leading, training, and motivating team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, onboarding new hires, delivering excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, overseeing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment. The Team Leader may also step into the manager role when needed to ensure smooth operations.
