About The Position

As a Sales Supervisor, your role is to lead by example and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service. You support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and help create a motivating and collaborative store environment. Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Supervising and supporting the sales team on the shop floor
  • Leading daily briefs and setting team goals in alignment with store targets
  • Supporting with visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards
  • Assisting in training and onboarding new team members
  • Monitoring and executing daily store operations, including stock management
  • Acting as a keyholder and supporting opening/closing procedures
