The Team Leader is responsible for assisting all Team Members to successfully complete requirements for all production classifications. This role involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area with good housekeeping techniques. The Team Leader is authorized, with specific approvals, to cease production if parts do not meet quality standards. They are also involved in process improvement teams and assist the Area Manager in ensuring team members understand work instructions. Adherence to safety regulations and reporting of safety concerns are crucial. The Team Leader ensures and assists team members with correct paperwork utilization and completion accuracy, including various production reports and logs. They also check to ensure last piece samples are completed by team members. Other duties may be assigned.
