About The Position

Join our dynamic manufacturing environment as a motivated Team Lead to guide assembly operations and inspire excellence every day. As a key player in our plant operations, you will lead and inspire your team by assigning tasks, coaching team members, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will drive results by ensuring goals in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are met or exceeded. You will optimize workflow by adjusting work assignments based on priorities and availability, ensuring smooth operations. You will support your team by providing tools, materials, and guidance to help them succeed. You will champion safety and quality through audits and enforcing PPE use. You will problem-solve proactively by tackling challenges with urgency and ownership, escalating when needed. You will maintain excellence by upholding 5S standards and ensuring proper housekeeping in all work areas.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in industrial air handler production
Strong understanding of safety policies and quality standards
Ability to read tape measures and interpret technical specifications
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
