The Team Leader supervises all store personnel during their assigned shift to ensure operational standards are met. This role involves opening and/or closing the store, developing, training, coaching, and supporting team members for career growth. The Team Leader must comply with agency policies, standard operating procedures, and safety and security policies. They are responsible for greeting and assisting donors/customers, resolving complaints, maintaining store appearance, and performing all functions completed by store personnel. Accurate record-keeping and timely reporting are essential. The role may require transfers to other Goodwill of North Georgia stores and other duties as assigned by management.
