As a Team Leader you are part of Best People as you supervise and work alongside Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks. You lead our team in the safe and efficient completion of our scope of work. Utilizing our Best Systems, the Team Leader identifies potential issues and reports those to your Group Leader; together you develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues. Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
  • Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work alongside Team Members performing critical process cleaning tasks.
  • Lead the team in the safe and efficient completion of the scope of work.
  • Identify potential issues and report them to the Group Leader.
  • Support cleaning task completion as necessary.
  • Communicate via 2-way radios effectively and professionally.
