We’re looking for a Production Team Lead to guide and support our Assembly Technicians in a hands-on manufacturing environment at our Springfield, TN location. In this role, you’ll lead by example, keep your team on track, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team
• Ability to read, understand, and explain work instructions
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Some college or professional training
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Assembly Technicians to meet production goals
• Ensure all work is performed safely and follows company standards
• Read and interpret work instructions, orders, and blueprints
