About The Position
Performs, restores, and guides teammates and/or Robotics welding production with a focus on quality, compliance, and equipment. This role involves restoring flow, problem-solving nonconformances to find root causes, leading continuous improvement, coordinating training, managing tooling fixtures, maintaining standardized work, and coaching teammates. The Team Leader also performs weld secondary inspection checks and collaborates with support staff to solve problems, leading advancements in repeatability through fixture and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Weld qualified and/or able to pass Weld Qualification test
- Must be able to successfully complete Motoman Maintenance and/or Basic Programming Course
- Ability to read blueprints
- Able to qualify to drive PIT
- Perform at the ‘Midmark Production System Team Leader’ matrix expectations
- Manual dexterity skills
- Quick to learn/mechanical aptitude
