About The Position
Performs, restores, and guides teammates and/or Robotics welding production with a focus on quality, compliance, and equipment. This role involves problem-solving, leading continuous improvement, coordinating training, and ensuring standardized work within the production area. The Team Leader also coaches teammates and performs weld secondary inspection checks.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Weld qualified and/or able to pass Weld Qualification test
- Must be able to successfully complete Motoman Maintenance and/or Basic Programming Course
- Ability to read blueprints
- Able to qualify to drive PIT
- Manual dexterity skills
- Quick to learn/mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities
- Restores flow

- Coordinates day to day work schedules for the production demand
- Coaches teammates
- Performs Weld Secondary Inspection checks
- Collaborates with support staff to solve problems
- Leads and implements advancements in repeatability through fixture and equipment
