Facilitating toolbox talks and team briefings, identifying opportunities to improve work practices, processes, and operational performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while promoting a strong safety culture are also key responsibilities. Building effective relationships with Team Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, support teams, and contractors is crucial for achieving successful project outcomes.
