Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Plan the working shift/hours and overtime schedule of employees (Quality Support 1-3) under his/her assigned area. Review defects found by Quality Inspector, prepare report, notify and work with team for correction and drive for solution. Provides direct supervision and training to employees (Quality Support 1-3) performing routine work. Monitor and review performance, attendance and disciplinary of Quality Inspector. Stop line and escalate the quality incident to the Manager as necessary. Review contents in the Quality Instruction and feedback Quality Engineer as necessary.
