This role is responsible for performing various tasks within the Operations Quality department. The Team Leader will plan working shifts and overtime schedules for their assigned team, review defects, prepare reports, and collaborate with the team for corrective actions and solutions. They will provide direct supervision and training to Quality Support employees, monitor performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions. The Team Leader is also responsible for stopping the production line and escalating quality incidents to management when necessary, and reviewing Quality Instructions, providing feedback to Quality Engineers.
