Quality Team Leader
About The Position
Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to lead and supervise quality inspection teams. This role involves setting up projects, managing team expectations, training inspectors on work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met through part inspection. The Quality Team Leader will also communicate with customers and job site contacts, ensure safety and company requirements are followed, verify tools and equipment, complete project paperwork, and step in as acting supervisor when needed. Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses is required.
