Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to lead and supervise quality inspection teams. This role involves setting up projects, managing team expectations, and training inspectors on work instructions and procedures. The Quality Team Leader will also be responsible for inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met, communicating with customers and job site contacts, and ensuring safety and company requirements are followed. Verification of tools, equipment, and gauges, as well as completing project paperwork and reporting, are key duties. The role may require stepping in as acting supervisor when needed and traveling to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
