About The Position
The Observation Unit at Deaconess Gateway is a dynamic area of the hospital that cares for a wide variety of patients requiring further evaluation, treatment, and diagnosis. This unit offers a fast-paced environment with short patient stays, allowing nurses to build strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and time management skills. Nurses work collaboratively with physicians, case management, therapy, and social work teams. Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 Years of RN experience preferred
- BSN required, or in process
