About The Position

Psychotherapeutic Services is currently seeking a Full Time Team Leader in Greensboro North Carolina. This position requires licensure in the following: LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC or LCMHCA. The Team Leader is responsible for the management of an Assertive Community Treatment Team program and the provision of clinical services. This role involves planning, organizing, supervising, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the program. Additionally, the Team Leader conducts and provides opportunities for staff training and clinical supervision, and is responsible for programmatic quality assurance functions as well as clinical activities and tasks. Direct service to persons served is required. The Team Leader customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more employees, including mental health and substance abuse professionals, and has the authority to make hiring and firing decisions. The Team Leader is responsible for overall fiscal outcomes and is required to be available 24 hours a day. This position works with minimal supervision and consistently exercises independent judgment and discretionary power.

Requirements

  • Masters’ degree in a human services field
  • One (1) year full-time, post-master’s degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience
  • Holds a valid NC clinical license
  • LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC or LCMHCA
  • Must be licensed in North Carolina
  • Valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities
