Team Leader- Licensed Mental Health Professional
About The Position
Psychotherapeutic Services is currently seeking a Full Time Team Leader in Greensboro, North Carolina. This position requires licensure as an LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, or LCMHCA. The Team Leader manages an Assertive Community Treatment Team program and provides clinical services in both facility and community-based settings, involving constant face-to-face contact with persons served. This management role involves planning, organizing, supervising, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of the program. The Team Leader also conducts staff training and provides clinical supervision, is responsible for programmatic quality assurance, and performs clinical activities. Direct service to persons served is required. The Team Leader customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more employees, including mental health and substance abuse professionals, with the authority to make hiring and firing decisions, as well as recommendations for advancement and changes in employment status. The Team Leader is responsible for overall fiscal outcomes and must be available 24 hours a day. This role consistently exercises independent judgment and discretionary power with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Masters’ degree in a human services field
- One (1) year full-time, post-master’s degree accumulated mh/dd/sa experience
- Holds a valid NC clinical license
- LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC or LCMHCA
- Must be licensed in North Carolina
- Valid driver's license
