About The Position

This position is for a Team Leader I in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience and the ability to communicate clearly, work different shifts, and meet physical demands up to 10 hours per shift. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. The company is seeking individuals with a strong drive for results, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to ensure expected results.
  • Ability to work different shifts.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements up to 10 hours per shift, including walking, standing, sitting, bending, twisting/turning, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, head/neck movement, reaching outward or above the shoulder, driving or operating equipment such as lifts and/or motor vehicles, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 15-45 pounds, repetitive use of hands and fingers, use of vibrating tools, depth perception, and ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color.
  • May be required to work on units outdoors.
  • Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces.
  • Computer literate.
