As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are preparing to expand our production operations with the introduction of a second production shift. This position will initially begin on first shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, to complete training and onboarding before transitioning to the assigned second-shift schedule upon launch in 2027. A Team Lead I – Night Shift is responsible for actively engaging to sustain and improve the normal situation by safely contributing to the production of commercial trucks by leading a team of assemblers, material handlers, quality inspectors and/or other common manufacturing roles.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control OR At least 2 years of manufacturing / production experience
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per shift: Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl Climb using both legs and arms Head/neck movement Reach outward or above the shoulder Lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds Repetitive use of hands and fingers Use of vibrating tools Depth perception required Ability to distinguish basic colors and shades of color Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces Drive or operate equipment such as lifts and/or motor vehicles May be required to work on units outdoors
Ability to work different shifts and overtime as needed
Ability to articulate ideas with clarity and professionalism in group settings
Proficient computer skills, including ability to use production-related systems and basic Microsoft Office applications as required.
