Requirements
- 2-5 years of team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership skills with a desire to coach, develop, and motivate others.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, organization, and following standard work.
- Basic computer skills, the ability to work across multiple roles, and a desire to grow into a Production Leader position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production team members while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Execute daily production plans and provide hands-on support in critical positions when needed.
- Train, coach, and develop team members on processes, standard work, and best practices.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, and workflow issues while driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate communication, inventory, materials, and daily operational needs to keep production running smoothly.
