About The Position

This role involves leading and supporting production team members in the Fabric Cutting Department, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork. The position requires executing daily production plans, providing hands-on support in critical areas, and training/coaching team members on processes and best practices. The Team Leader will also be responsible for identifying and resolving production, quality, and workflow issues, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating communication, inventory, materials, and daily operational needs to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership skills with a desire to coach, develop, and motivate others.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, organization, and following standard work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work across multiple roles.
• Desire to grow into a Production Leader position.
