About The Position
UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to join our team at our McCandless location. This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays. The shift is from 9am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
- 2 years relevant experience required
- Act 34
Nice To Haves
- HS Diploma/GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments
- Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor
- Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs
- Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations
- Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
