Provide process management support for supervisors as well as training. Support the department on development and maintaining processes. Ensure effective communication of leadership model, scorecard and process management with team members or appropriate levels of staffing. Understand and communicate customer service goals of organization. Provide process support for the environmental departmental with measurement techniques to make sure the program is in alignment with the OhioHealth scorecard and values. Support and monitor any of the activities of the environmental services department.
