This role is for a Team Leader in Lethbridge Programs, responsible for managing the after-hours and on-call duties for Lethbridge Community Group Care and Emergency Youth Shelter. The Team Leader reports to the Program Manager and oversees operational aspects of after-hours activities for multiple programs in Lethbridge. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational management, milieu management, and leadership in Dynamic Risk Assessment and Post Crisis Response, all while adhering to Wood's Homes Health and Safety Management System.
