This role is for a Team Lead at a child care center, described as more than just a daycare job, but a journey of learning, growth, and play. The company is seeking individuals who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. The Team Lead acts as a Teacher, promoting children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, with classroom instruction comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule. They also serve as a Communicator, building relationships with families to support child achievement and center success. Furthermore, the Team Lead is a Mentor, responsible for or assisting with the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow Teachers, creating interactive learning experiences for preschool children. They are also a Leader, taking on the duties of the Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school. Finally, they are an Expert, ensuring the daily care of every child by adhering to all licensing guidelines and company standards.
