About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring motivated Team Leads to help run store shifts and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role is presented as an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance toward Assistant Manager or General Manager positions. Team Leads are the go-to person on shift in a high-energy, fast-paced store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service.
• Make pizzas and prepare food.
• Handle cash and basic store operations.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Support daily store goals and standards.
