About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the facility and its operations, sets an example by exceeding expectations, and assists the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check, as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular equipment maintenance.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
