About The Position

As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you’ll help site managers with the daily operations of a car wash and contribute to the overall success of the site. You’ll help ensure inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll also help hire, train, and coach Teammates, uphold company values, and set an example while completing required car wash activities. The role offers an active outdoor workplace with a team of enthusiastic car washers. Teammates typically earn $15.50 per hour, consisting of a $13.50 base rate and an average of $2 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly exceed $2 per hour in additional earnings. The offer depends on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. A satisfactory criminal and financial background check is required before hiring.

Requirements

At least 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
Ability to organize time, work, and a team to complete varying responsibilities.
Must complete a satisfactory criminal and financial background check before hiring.
