About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience. This role involves supporting staff training and development, overseeing member service, and handling front desk tasks such as answering calls, managing member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. The Team Lead will also greet potential members, provide gym tours, assist with member service issues, and support team member management and the Club Manager as needed. Additionally, the role requires ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining a positive club image, overseeing cleanliness, assisting with marketing efforts and promotions, and managing supply orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

Assist in training and developing staff.
Assist in member service oversight, ensuring great customer experience.
Handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
Greet and meet potential members and provide gym tours.
Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
Assist with team member management and provide backup support to the Club Manager.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring team members are aware of and trained on current marketing promotions.
Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and tracking reports.
