About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Team Lead to help run shifts and keep the store operating smoothly while providing excellent customer experiences. The role involves leading and motivating team members, preparing food, handling cash, supporting store operations, training new employees, and helping achieve daily store goals and standards. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including paths to Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
