Join us in our mission to create a more sustainable and community-driven future. This position is for Swing shift and will complete the first 90 days of training on day shift. We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join our dynamic company. In this role, you will supervise a group of employees in a production environment to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Team leaders motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.

Requirements

• Three years minimum of previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Previous 3 years experience or more in food production preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment and food production processes preferred.
• Bilingualism a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, GFSI, SQF and food quality processes and procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the production team.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets, by delegating tasks to team members.
• Empower and train team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing and develop solutions to gaps.
• Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets.
