About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a part-time Janitorial Team Lead in Washington, Pennsylvania. The role supports janitorial operations, employees, and customers while providing an opportunity to develop leadership skills and pursue career advancement. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the second shift. Paid training and ongoing support are provided, and janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist janitorial team members.

• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve service.
• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
