About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations, setting an example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team. The role offers an opportunity to learn how to operate a car wash and develop toward management positions. The work includes customer service, facility opening and closing, vehicle preparation, guiding customers onto the conveyor, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check, as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
