About The Position

This role is for a Team Lead in the Production & Supply department at Konecranes. The Team Lead is responsible for promoting a positive, safe, and productive work environment, ensuring team members follow guidelines, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Hold toolbox talks every day and talk the pulse boards.
Participate and talk during gemba walks.
Ensure training is being conducted and recorded.
Manage hour-to-hour boards, noting deviations and tracking/feedback quality issues.
Chart graphs on the pulse board.
Talk the project board and encourage team ideas.
Send emails to request support and keep stakeholders informed.
Track and order line stock items.
Encourage safety observations.
Monitor work to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Ensure team follows work instructions and quality guidelines.
Ensure team uses own ID in SAP and Fiori for work confirmations.
Follow and conduct 5S audits.
Understand all positions in the area and be willing to fill in for absent team members to maintain line flow.
Champion and delegate actions for improvement projects.
Reduce customer claims and put away errors.
Ensure locations are accurate and follow storage guidelines.
Ensure trucks are unloaded in a timely manner and production lines are kept flowing.
Ensure team productivity metrics are met.
Ensure team RFT metrics are met.
Ensure team OPR metrics are met.
